Utani tempo hur is working, next time try it out before asking. Utito tempo should exist only if you get paralyzed by it because or else you can get like 230 in skill and hit to much and use 1 great mana to get full mana and use it when its out. Full donator knight with utito tempo and utani tempo hur = Ehh gl survive
