Rules for Immortal

I would like to see a set of rules that define certain areas of topic.
Pking rules.
Language rules.
Insulting God's and Tutors.
Penalties for such offenses if the rules are broken. It should be in writing on the website so that no one fuss about why they are in jail or banned or deleted for repeat offenses.

Right now people are not gonna stay without some sort of order and a set of rules that all can follow. I think this would be a good starting point to find out what players want and to be able to contribute their ideas.
Keep in mind that we don't want to interfere with normal gameplay such as guild wars.
There are problems that the server is facing and they need to be fixed before it is too late and no one wants to play here.

Christiano, I never said anyting about deleting for insults. Read it again. I was asking for people's input about penalties and infractions to be considered.
